Chapter Change of Information Form

Our ability to communicate effectively with each chapter is determined by the accuracy of the information available to us. Therefore, we offer chapters a means by which you can inform us of changes to chapter contact information whenever they occur.

You may use this online form or download the PDF Change of Information form. Information from this form will be used to update your contact listing on the ASL website's Chapter Councilor Listing.

Conference and semi-annual information packets will be sent directly to the Chapter Councilor for retention and distribution. New councilors need to sign up for the ASL Chapter Coucilor information listserv (secondary contacts may sign up as well). To sign up, complete the form below. After submitting your request to join, you will receive a confirmation email. You must reply to this email to be added to the list. If you do not receive the email, check your junk/spam boxes for the address annoucements@alphasigmalambda.org (yes, that is spelled wrong on purpose).
