We are entering the busiest season of our academic year at the National Office.  Last spring was the busiest induction and purchasing season ASL has ever experienced.  It was wonderful serving all of you and your members.  We thank you for your assistance, cooperation, and participation during the 2007 spring season.

As a result of the busiest year ever for us, there are a number of invoices which remain outstanding past 6 months and which add up to over $7500. Because we try to keep our supply prices low, that amount of money significantly influences our ability to purchase more products for the upcoming season.

We want to make your ordering process as easy as possible. Knowing that you are all very busy and are anxious to serve your adult population in a meaningful way, we wanted to remind you of the following ASL policies regarding purchases of supplies for your inductees.  These policies apply to all items purchased by the chapter representatives and include certificates, membership cards, lapel pins, cords, etc

Alpha Sigma Lambda's aim is to recognize the special achievements of adults who accomplish academic excellence while facing competing interests of home and work.

Alpha Sigma Lambda is dedicated to the advancement of scholarship and recognizes high scholastic achievement in an adult student's career. By so doing, this Society encourages many students to continue toward and to earn associate and baccalaureate degrees.

Through leadership born of effort, both scholastically and fraternally, Alpha Sigma Lambda inspires its candidates to give of their strengths to their fellow students and communities through their academic achievements.

To the newcomer in higher education, Alpha Sigma Lambda stands as an inspiration to scholastic growth and an invitation to associate with similarly motivated students..
